Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the QR Scanner mobile application (the “App”) provided by FUNOVERLOADGAMES. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful, personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to scan/generate codes that facilitate fraud or harm.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its ads, or its service providers.

Subscriptions

The App offers an optional premium subscription billed through Google Play Billing. Pricing and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled by Google, not by us.

Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every code will be decoded correctly or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for verifying the destination or content of any code before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUNOVERLOADGAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
