Data Deletion
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This page explains how to delete data associated with the QR Scanner Android app, published on Google Play by FUNOVERLOADGAMES.
No account is required
QR Scanner does not offer or require user accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or profile, so there is no account to delete. All data you create in the App is stored locally on your own device.
Delete data stored on your device
You are always in full control of the data the App stores locally:
- Within the App: use the delete / clear-history controls to remove individual scans, saved items, or your entire history.
- Clear app storage: on your device, go to Settings → Apps → QR Scanner→ Storage → “Clear storage” / “Clear data”.
- Uninstall: removing the App deletes all of its locally stored data from your device.
Advertising & analytics data
The free version uses Google AdMob (ads) and Google Firebase/Analytics (aggregate, anonymous usage). You can reset or limit the advertising identifier used for ads at any time via your device: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” (or “Reset advertising ID”). In regions where a consent prompt is shown, you can also withdraw consent for personalized ads from within the App’s settings.
Request deletion by email
To request deletion of any remaining data that may be associated with your use of QR Scanner, email us at funoverloadgames@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will action your request and confirm within 30 days.
