Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FUNOVERLOADGAMES(“we”, “us”) handles information in the QR Scannermobile application (the “App”) for Android, distributed on Google Play. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.

QR Scanner does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other directly identifying information to use the App.

Information the App handles

Camera

The App uses your device camera solely to detect and decode QR codes and barcodes in real time. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not recorded, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party.

Scan history & saved items (stored on your device)

Codes you scan or create, and any items you save, are stored in a local database on your device only. We do not have access to this data, and it is never uploaded to our servers. Uninstalling the App or using the in-app “clear” controls permanently removes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process device and usage information (such as advertising identifiers, approximate/coarse data, and app-interaction events) in accordance with Google’s policies. Where required (e.g. in the EEA/UK), the App presents a Google-certified consent form (UMP) so you can accept or decline personalized ads, and you can change this choice later from the App’s settings. Subscribers to the premium plan do not see ads.

Analytics (Google Firebase / Google Analytics)

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (for example, which features are used and crash/stability signals) so we can improve the App. This data is processed by Google on our behalf and is not used to identify you personally.

Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Optional subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details — Google handles all billing. The App only receives your subscription status (active or not) to unlock premium features.

How information is used

• To provide core functionality (scanning, generating, and saving codes on your device).
• To display advertising in the free version and to measure app performance.
• To process and validate subscriptions.
• To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information described above is processed only by the service providers named here (Google AdMob, Google Firebase/Analytics, Google Play Billing) for the stated purposes. Their handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Data retention & deletion

Scan history and saved items remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. For any data held by our analytics/ads providers, and for how to request deletion, see our Data Deletion page.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
